At Coloratura, we’re committed to delivering your custom portrait kit with care and precision. Please review our shipping details below.

Order Processing:
- All orders are typically processed within 2 business days after the digital preview is approved by the customer. However, if multiple revisions are requested, the lead time for shipping may be extended accordingly. We will keep you informed throughout the revision process.
- In case of any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Options:

1. Standard Shipping:
   - Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after the customer approves the digital version of their portrait.  
   
2. USPS Priority Mail Express:
   - Delivery within 1 business day after the order is processed and approved.

3. UPS Next Day Air®:  
   - Guaranteed next-day delivery via UPS after your order is processed and approved.

Delivery Time:
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Expedited options like USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Next Day Air® ensure faster delivery.

International Shipping:
- We currently only ship within the United States, but we are working on offering international shipping soon.

Order Tracking:
- You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

Shipping Address:  
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages: 
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with evidence of damage (Pictures & Videos) at Coloratura.store@gmail.com. We will assist you with a resolution, including sending a replacement if necessary.
